Most brokers will tell you they work hard for their clients. I want to tell you how I'm actually wired differently.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a mental health counselor and ran my own private practice and I have also worked in corporate finance at multiple Fortune 500 companies. That combination sounds unusual, but in this business it's everything. I understand complex financial structures and how to read a deal, and I know how to sit with someone in a high-stakes moment without letting the anxiety take over.

Buying or selling a home — especially at the luxury level — is one of the most emotionally loaded decisions a person makes. Most people don't need more pressure from their broker. They need someone who can slow things down, think clearly, and tell them the truth even when it's uncomfortable.

That's what I bring to every client relationship.

I work primarily in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest with luxury buyers and business professionals — people who are used to making big decisions and expect their advisors to match that standard. I come prepared, I communicate clearly, and I don't manufacture urgency to close a deal faster.
